International Shipping: We ship to select countries outside the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on location.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order size. International orders may be subject to additional customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Note: Processing times may be longer during holidays or promotional periods. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions
We comply with all local and federal regulations regarding the shipping of CBD products. Certain products may not be available for international shipment due to local regulations.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Refund Policy
At CBD Neural Network, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
- Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, your product must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.
- You must initiate the return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at support@cbdneuralnetwork.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Products purchased on sale or with a discount code.
- Gift cards.
- Return Process
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the product. You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered.

- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
- Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@cbdneuralnetwork.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
- Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product following our return process and place a new order for the item you want.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@cbdneuralnetwork.com and we will assist you.
